I needed to secure my home quickly and Undersky locksmith delivered quick and very courteous service. I also appreciated the time taken to test my lock, and safety tips that were offered to me. I highly recommend.
I called Roman on a Sunday and he came within 30 minutes. It was incredible. I thought I was going to have to wait hours, or at least until Monday and be stuck with a door that I couldn't lock. He is very fair and professional. He explained the two options to me: one that was cheaper but would end up with the same problem again in the near future (it had already happened once when I first moved in and I was actually locked inside the apartment for a few hours until management could get someone). Needless to say I didn't want to go with that option again so he replaced the whole unit but was able to keep the tumbler so I didn't have to make a whole new set of keys. He's...read full review
Our very heavy duty coded deadbolt gave up on us, with our puppy stuck inside, and on a Saturday evening. Undersky came out within 30 minutes, and managed to remove the lock without damaging the door. Very impressed the cost, and the service. ? recommended!
