The locksmith himself was professional and did good work but the woman that works in the actual store is very rude and does not know how to deal with customers I really didn’t like the way that she handled herself it was very unprofessional

I have to give this business 5 . My mother lost her keys and I put a call out for a re-key. They responded promptly with a reasonable quote. I scheduled for the same day online, they confirmed, and fixed the lock and gave two keys. Thanks for the quick and excellent service!

Great service. Tech was really nice and completed the job quickly. My mortise lock looks great. Job was done professionally and on time. The office staff is great and really communicates well. I highly recommend Protector Locksmith.
