When I started my own management business, I opened my very first account with TNR Exterminators. Now 20 properties later, I will only allow TNR to service my properties. They have not only provided top notch service, they have also accomplished eliminating any rodent or insect issues that my tenants experienced. I own a Victorian 3 family house in the Bronx. TNR is the best extermination service I've ever used. I'm on their monthly maintenance plan which includes spraying internally & externally, and maintaining the outside bait stations for vermin. I have used their services for over seven years now and they are the only extermination service I would recommend. Christian in the Bronx
