Amazing service!!! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and prices are extremely reasonable. I went in to replace a hard drive in my laptop, and my laptop was up and running in a day.

Derek was an incredible help. I called before going in. I needed a laptop charger urgently because of a deliverable due and I left mine on the train. He told me to bring my laptop in and he helped me find a reasonably priced universal charger!

All staff I interacted with over multiple visits and phone calls are extraordinarily helpful and timely. The pricing is fair and upfront. Special thanks to Ivan the technician who identified and fixed my computer hardware issues - he's the GOAT!!
