Dr. Loose is extremely knowledgable and can find the root of my dogs issues in a flash, while other vets pale in comparison and often overlook symptoms, wasting money and not providing effective care.

Dr. Loose and the Neighborhood Vet is simply the best Vet I’ve ever experienced.We came in with our cat who had trouble urinating and a bloody stool, and she provided us with a comprehensive check up, gave us simultaneously empathetic and direct/clear info, and provided us with options on how to treat- and I loved that she told us what she would do if our cat was hers. 2 months down the line, our cat is free of bladder stones after following her advice (and luckily) w/o surgery. If we jumped into surgery immediately w/o trying the diet option first it would have both been a money drain and a terrible experience for our older cat. Dr Loose is so kind, skilled, and puts our dogs at ease (when they usually hate going to the vet and start resisting as soon as we get out the door). One of the few (if not only) to provide at home vet calls at the normal rate and not emergency! We were OK with our previous vets on a professional level, but would not feel comfortable letting them into our homes per se. Dr Loose feels like an old friend that we’d gladly have over for dinner!I also have to give kudos to the entire staff, especially the professional front desk coverage and assistance, as well as the support given to those of BIPOC/LGBTQIA+ backgrounds in our local community!
