I could not have chosen a better partner for Airbnb management than Squeeaky Clean. Yael's attention to detail is remarkable and our apartment looks brand new for each guest. She's very easy to communicate and coordinate with, as well as just a pleasure to be around. We also had our entire apartment painted by this team and working with Nicholson was equally impressive--very friendly and just a great painter. I have found it hard to find reliable and talented home maintenance services in NYC, but was lucky to meet this team years ago.

Squeeaky Clean is the best! We worked together for years. First they started cleaning my windows inside and out. The job was perfection. And I have lots of windows. I'm into bragging (maybe), but I have an entire west wall of floor to ceiling windows. These are not easy to clean, and they handled it quietly and quickly. Always cleaned up as they worked and left everything spotless. Next I hired SC to manage my Airbnb property while I was traveling for a year. They treated my guests with exceptional personal service and courtesy that helped earn me a SUPERHOST rating. They styled the apartment for photos, purchased welcome gifts for new arrivals, and meticulously cleaned and reset the property after each stay; sometimes on short turn around to accommodate arriving guests and increase stays. If you are an Airbnb host, the value of their service puts more money in your pocket, and the quality of their work washes away the stress. They take a personal interest in their work, and the care of the properties they manage. Five Stars!
