Elly was awesome. She really knows the ins and outs of inspection. She walked me through a new development, pointed out details, and did a great job explaining not only what deficiencies needed fixing, but also what she was impressed by and why, what the standards are in the industry, and even how I should take care of the systems/items in the future. She was thorough as well as efficient, and took great photos and videos to demonstrate the issues she noticed. She gave me her honest opinion and it's one I trust.
