    [solidcore] offers a unique and challenging workout experience in Brooklyn, New York. Inspired by Pilates, their resistance-training workout uses the [sweatlana] machine to target the upper body, lower body, and core, building muscular strength and endurance. With a focus on slow and controlled movements, each exercise is designed to push muscles to failure, yielding impressive results. The studio has 19 machines, lockers, and a water fountain, but no showers or sweat towels. Classes are led by knowledgeable and passionate instructors who provide a judgement-free environment. While it may not be ideal for cardio or arm workouts, [solidcore] is great for core and lower body exercises. Be prepared for a tough but rewarding experience that will help you unleash your inner strength.
