I've been coming here regularly since the pandemic and always ask for Kim, she's the best! Her work is consistent which I appreciate. I think what keeps me coming back besides Kim is the level of professionalism in the salon, I've never had any issues here. My appointments always start on time and they accommodate me if I'm late. The only negative which took away a star is they don't do designs here, French at best but that's it. I've tried cat-eye and chrome and it just didn't look that good. I've been going to this nail salon for a few years. They are very professional,kind and friendly not to mention clean. I'm always extremely relaxed and satisfied after getting my nails done. They honestly do quality work.
Pros -• Gel manicure stood on for 3 weeks and that is a first!• seemingly nice and sweet staff• cleanish• many gel options• open late• massages for each service but I swear they charge $5-$10 for it and don’t tell youCons-• Regular mani pedi for a child is the full adult price ($30-$40)• huge language barrier but not so sure its 100% because at the beginning of my service no one understood english when I was explaining what I want but when my pedicurist messed up everyone understood me• not straight up about the price you pay for each service, instead they give you a total at the end and when you ask for a breakdown they ignore you and act like they... read full review
