“The staff here are amazing! I contacted them regarding an alteration where I needed to have a sequined gown shortened and the split closed a bit. It was last minute, however, I brought the dress to them on Monday and the job was completed by Wednesday (side note needed to wear the dress that Friday) and it looked fabulous! They are honest and up front as to whether the job can be done (including pricing) and delivered as promised. I will definitely use them in the future.“

Was a little upset because her assistant have me one price but than when I called to confirm my appointment she told me it was double the price, which was already very very pricey. At that point I couldn't find a new person to do it because it was two days before my brother's wedding. But when I got the final product, I was ok with the price because Galina did such a beautiful job. Customer service though, isn't anything to write home about/doesn't really exist there-no concept of customize service. On the other hand, if you can bear that, it's worth Galinas great and fast work“

“I was looking for a dry cleaner, location near my apartment, and luckily found this. I had never seen it before because of the location but as soon as I walked in it was a very nice and well run facility. Front Desk was incredibly quick and friendly, and I was given a great price on my items. There is also a very quick turnaround with cleaning which I can appreciate some places charge extra for next day. If you are close enough to walk, I would definitely drop it off. This place is awesome! I’ll definitely be back.“

“I have been living in Brooklyn NY Williamsburg for 22 years. When. I moved here, I had to bring some clothes to the drycleaners. I decided to go to the nearest Drycleaners in my neighborhood. When I met the owner, Kay, I found her to be so polite, friendly and so concerned, as to what I needed done. I needed some alterations on slacks., of which she did such an excellent job. I continued bringing her my clothes for that reason. I am so thankful for having met Kay., she was and still is a lifesaver.The manager Amber has such a wonderful personality and like Kay, is so attentive to the customers .Amber does such an amazing job, is so professional and courteous to each customer.I know there are many cleaners around this neighborhood, but none can compare to the work that is done in G's Drycleaners. I highly recommend them to all in this neighborhood, and elsewhere. Several people have moved from this neighborhood, but still choose to go to this Drycleaners, ahead of others. That says a lot about this place. This is why I gave this the highest rating possible. I continue to go here, as in my opinion this is the best Drycleaners that I have found in Williamsburg Brooklyn NY. I have been living in this neighborhood since March 1996,and I still continue to go to G's Drycleaners since day 1. Each item that I bring there to Dryclean is always done professionally, Whenever I need an alteration done on my slacks , Kay does an excellent job, I am always pleased with her work . “I purchased a second-hand double breasted suit that I needed help with. Through several visits Chasing Tailor helped me to fine tune the fit. We brought in the waist on the jacket, lengthened the sleeves, and let out the seat in the pants. We got lucky that there was enough fabric left to work with - he bailed me out of what could have been an expensive mistake. He turned this suit into a weapon.Since then I've taken in several other less complicated projects with equal success. If you are exacting with your fit, it's a good idea to leave the tailor with enough time to dial everything in.Service: Alterations“

“10/10. I ordered a custom made bridal dress from Europe and the dress needed some alternations, namely hemming, and taking in the sides and helping to fix the bustier. Julie and her mum did a FANTASTIC job! My Dress was a ballgown - very elaborate, and lots of detail. The best part is the alterations were super affordable. I paid $500 for all that work, and they were able to do it in 2 weeks! I went by another boutique that was trying to charge me $1,800 for the same work! So literally a STEAL of a deal for wedding alterations. She also altered my 2nd dress for $100 that needed some bustier work.“
