Great service, people very polite took care of me right away. Helped me get glasses and get fitted. The doctor smith was also helpful and very knowledgeable. Steven and Jane were very kind and awesome. Recommend this place in bayridge thank you again! Will be coming back.

Great service and friendly people at this local Bay Ridge location! They almost importantly have a wide range of glasses both designer and casual and good prices! I go back every year, actually twice a year for 5 years!

Exceptional Experience at Royal Optix I recently had the pleasure of visiting them to get new glasses for my husband and son. The staff was incredibly accommodating and professional, making the entire process a breeze. They were patient and helpful as we tried on countless frames, never once rushing us. The team was also very clear and informative about our insurance coverage, ensuring we understood our options and costs.
