Had my roof repaired in November 2023 for $10,975. The job was completed and I had brown streaks on my siding and storm door after the job was completed. Repeated calls and text messages to both Erik and Alexander are unanswered. The company received my money and that is all they were interested in. Forget about customer satisfaction.I just want someone to come to my home and remove these horrible brown streaks.
I am very pleased with the service I have received from this company. I needed my skylights fixed and Alexander was the only one who responded to my request.(I am glad that he was the only one)!! He was very professional yet friendly and was always available to address any concerns I had and also to answer any questions. He also return to make sure everything was done satisfactorily. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a roofing job done. Alexander, the owner of the company is awesome. He is professional, couteous, reliable and honest. He sat with us and timely explained the cost, the condition and the work that needed to be done. At the completion of the job he returned with before and after pictures. The roofer and the other workers were efficient, hard working and reliable reliable Job well done
