I’ve been coming here for years for quick haircuts/blow dry. This place isn’t fancy or expensive and gets the job done but I wouldn’t get my hair color treated here. I stick strictly to cuts and styling because many years ago I made the mistake of getting my hair colored here and there was a huge chunk of hair missing at the bottom due to the bleaching but no one notified me. It was only when I went to a new hair dresser that I found out what happened. So I would definitely avoid the coloring and stick to styling ?

I needed the phone number, so I jumped on google and started reading these reviews.Some of these reviews make me laugh.“They don’t speak English” - you’re in a predominantly Russian and Chinese part of Brooklyn, walking into a Chinese owned hair salon, what exactly were you expecting?“They force you to tip” Yeah.. when you’re provided a service, you tip.You get what you pay for. Some of you whackos are expecting top notch VIP services for a $15 blowout. I never had an issue and I'm coming here for 7+ years. Blowouts, layered cuts, color and extensions. No problems. With that said- I'm polite and don't walk in with an attitude as I witnessed here plenty of times. And whoever is complaining about tipping- do you really want top notch service when you're a non tipper? I spend 20 mins with a head massage when she's washing- because i tip well and I'm polite. You get what you give.
