We love Pure Paws Vets! They take such good care of our little Ruby and are very accommodating when we need urgent care. They are very responsive via email or phone and make us feel very safe having Ruby in their care. Thank you!
My dog, Xander, and I have been coming to this vet for over 4 years now. We were in California for about 6 months and decided to go to pure paws again when we got back into town.
They are transparent about pricing, doctors are kind and detailed, submit prescriptions in a timely manner, do not mind if you decline any services/medications for cost reasons, and most importantly, the reception staff are lovely. The people who answer the phones and emails are always kind, patient and thorough.
It may be hard to get an appointment here, but that’s because they’re truly worth it.
My fur baby— Bluey is a bit of a “frequent flyer” at the vet due to his breed. We’ve travelled across three states and have had great and not so great experiences with vets in the past. Pure Paws has the most genuinely caring staff I’ve seen in awhile. Their pricing is fair and they take the time to answer all your questions and walk through different treatment options and we really appreciate them and all their hard work!
