Second time I leave this salon disappointed. First time my gel cracked off in hours and only lasted a couple days. I went back and was able to get a couple nails fixed but then they continued to crack while I was traveling. The worst part was they added a fake nail (even though I clearly asked for an extention not a full fake nail) that was too small for my nail and caused my nail bed to go numb so I had to go back to thin it out and do the nail again.

This was the fast food restaurant version of a nail salon. The spa pedicure is not really a spa pedicure as it only entails one additional scrub. The polish I selected was running out and there was no replacement. There is polish all over my finger, I had to instruct them to paint the sides, the lotion felt cheap and liquid-like. In sum, it got a job done but was overpriced.

I brought in a reference photo from pure salon's yelp page but asked if I could do two different colors instead of the ones in the original picture-- my nail tech Sherry KNOCKED IT OUT of the park!!!!! She was absolutely incredible. She gave me everything I wanted and more and was an absolute sweetheart. I'm so happy with my visit! All the employees I interacted with were so kind and helpful and they are all extremely talented nail artists
