Uriy was great! My refrigerator had been broken and smelling for awhile and he fixed it in an hour, quickly identifying the two things that were broken and putting the new parts in during the same visit.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

What I can speak to is ethics and kindness as well as know-how. He came and looked at the stove, saw at once what the problem was, but the stove was so old he didn't have the parts. So he gave us the name and number of the company that COULD help, and left without charging the service charge I was prepared to pay. This earns my trust, and when I get a newer stove I'll know whom to call on.
