The doctors are excellent here but I want to file a complaint about the admin front desk services. I just called and they told me my medication was not here. I told them it showed on my tracking number and they said they “guess it was delivered on lunch break.” This is medication I need for my life. This has happened twice and it is not okay. The admin does not actually check if medication was delivered and just says “no.” Who do I complain to about this?

I’m sure you get better medical service in jail than you do at this dump. Dr. Willis provides the worst care a viable. I’ve had him slam the phone on me on tella calls, accused me of wanting more medication when I called in wanting to understand how to take the medication that was prescribed & his in person visits last all of 5 minutes, when I’ve voiced my concerns all he says is “I heard you the first time” & then never addresses them. He has not offered any referrals or done and examinations past hearing my lungs. This whole Promise brand is trash but Dr. Willis is by far the worse. The whole office is dated and dirty and everyone is unprofessional.

Don’t recommend coming here unless you have a lot of time on your hands. I had a 9:30 appointment and when I asked how much longer my wait would be at 10, I was told by a nurse that the doctor doesn’t usually come in until 10 and that there were 3 people ahead of me. Meaning I probably would’ve waited until 11 for my appointment. What’s the point in offering a 9:30 appointment time if no one is there? Also, be prepared to have to advocate for yourself; they are disorganized with pre approvals and insurance requests, and you will have to follow up many many times to get what you need. Overall not worth the stress.
