Mohammad and Progressive Contracting did incredible, detailed work on my brownstone at an excellent price with lightning speed. Most amazing was that they came back to do some needed followup *after* they had been fully paid. This may well be a first in contractor history! Mohammad and his crew did a phenomenal job on the restoration of my brownstone facade, stoop, and cornice. From start to finish he was extremely responsive and catered to everything we have asked of him. It was not an easy task dealing with myself or my GC but he rose to the challenge and executed every step of the way.He made sure to show up every morning with his crew and on the days he was not there he made sure to check the work at the end of the day and was EXTREMELY responsive no matter what time I called him to discuss the job. We had our sidewalk in Brooklyn redone as it was a hazard and the work that was done was absolutely first class. Of all the bids- we loved working with Progressive— they were straight forward and clear and so easy to deal with and communicate with— no hidden expenses— they did all the permit work and the results are so beautiful and elegant. The whole process was a joy.
