It was first time going there and the only reason I went was because Hollywood is closed. But I don’t think I’ll be going back when they reopen. Platinum guys love cars! It shows in how much attention they pay to the details. Everything- from car roof to the floor mats. Great job!

I like this place in general. The staff is nice and warm and the food is really good. But for the top level, cleaning, platinum, the services is subpar. There is not enough attention to detail on the interior. So that’s a little disappointing, and I think they need to train their people to really take a close look and be Sure that they finish up thoroughly. So that’s a little customer feedback.

Car Wash business is tough. Very hard to clean a car to an owners standards when there are 15 cars on line waiting and 6 cars being cleaned. This place in our experience does the best job no matter if its busy or empty.
