Physio Logic is hands down the most beautiful Pilates studio in NYC! The space is stunning with an incredible view that makes each session feel so refreshing. The instructors are amazing, knowledgeable, motivating, and really attentive to each person's needs. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, they make sure you get the most out of every class. If you're looking for a top-notch Pilates experience with an unbeatable atmosphere, this is the place to go!
I had a great experience at Physiologic. When I came to them, I had a hip replacement five weeks prior and I had sprained my ankle on the same side. All of the therapists are excellent, but most of my experience was with Dr. Eva Shi. I found her to be specific, patient, and encouraging, while pushing me a little more each time out of my comfort zone. Dr. Eva Shi was the best physical therapist I have ever had and I have had many of them.
I’m so glad I chose PhysioLogic to help me recover from a recent ankle injury. After working with Dr. Eva for just a few months, not only is my ankle completely healed, but it’s stronger than it was before my injury. Dr. Eva is kind, thoughtful, and attentive.
