The quality of service depends on the day you go and who's providing the service. I recently went for eyebrow threading on a Saturday, late afternoon, while there were no other customers. The operator rushed, doing a poor job. The threading was fine but I asked her to trim the brows. When I returned home and took a good look at my brows, I had to do the job she didn't. Wasted money and absolutely ridiculous.

SO WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE PRICING OUT THE WINDOW?!WENT TO FIX MY EYEBROWS OUT WAS SAYING 12$,MY LADY FIX THEM THEN GOES WE DO A BIT OF TINT (NOBODY ASKED)total 25$?‍♀️!ANOTHER TIME I WENT OUTSIDE.WAS 8$ LADY GOES 15 $ !ALSO IT WAS REALLY HOT INSIDE THEY JUST HAD A FAN !We understand times are difficult but stop doing this is not nice to your customers!I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE CZ OF THE WAY THEY TRYNA GET THE MONEY FROM YOU AND ALSO CZ THE PLACE WAS NOT WELCOMING AT ALL NO SANITIZING AFTER SHE DID THE LADY BEFORE ME NOTHING !

I went there place couple of days before I had very horrible experience with my waxing ,the girls r totally unprofessional,no sanitizer system at all ,I was setting and waiting my turn ,and was watching the girl doing eyebrows outside ,every and each client using same tools without sanitizing,and behavior was little rude when the lady say can u clean I see some hair still in my eyebrows she was start making a face ,before I was thinking to leave this place and go in different place to get my waxing services but I stays there,that was my big mistake,when I got my turn ,the lady who did my waxed ,I don’t think she is qualified to perform waxing services,very unprofessional...read full review
