Perfect Brows

I used to really like this place but something changed and it's not sanitary - the sign outside says they never double dip the wax but the new lady working definitely did. there was dirty stuff everywhere and a reused tray and roaches. it used to be really clean here but the standard is not the same. we also had a misunderstanding about what service i wanted which was intrusive to get the wrong type of wax.

Been going to this place for years. I miss Kay and also sumi. I went on my Birthday and Jenna did my eyebrows perfect!!! I asked for an angled arch and she delivered. It takes me 3 months to fully grow out my eyebrows. Took a chance today. Big mistake. I don't know who the lady was. But my eyebrows look awful. I asked for an angled arch. She made one eyebrow at an angle and rounded out the other eyebrow. I was not happy. She's horrible. I'm sorry. Once I get the name I will post. Not only that. She didn't even try to wipe off the hair on my face or put any aloe on my eyebrows. I will never go back.

I've been going to this salon for 3 years & have never been disappointed. The lady who does my brows (she's always there) is so sweet, always tries to make you feel so comfortable, & she always does an amazing job with my eyebrows. Sometimes i get tint & sometimes just threading by definitely recommend coming here!
