Ossie is very professional, efficient and reliable. He came out on the coldest day this winter to install my security cams because keeping his word meant that much to him! My iPad was pretty damaged (see pictures). Ossie was fast, professional, trustworthy, and able to work around my busy schedule - and they did a great repair! Cheaper than Apple for the same quality. Very grateful to have a company like them around.
