This company is amazing! They offered to be onsite the next day from when I called but we were out of town. They were in and out, inside of an hour. They explained every step and the gentleman was very kind and knowledgeable. If I need a plumber in the future I'm going to call Optimus Plumbing!
If you have plumbing problems - look no farther!Got highly professional, quick and friendly service repairing my boiler connection issues on the weekend. Problems were diagnosed knowlegeably and without upcharging.
Called after 10PM on a cold, rainy night and Viorel was at my house 20 mins. later. A new water heater was required and he was back at 8AM the next day with the new heater and did the install. He also took the time to look at the boiler and made sure that was running at 100% as well. He worked very hard, was kind enough to explain everything I asked about, and he was very patient and put up with my terrible hearing, a great guy.Had to call him back 4 days later for an unrelated problem and he came after spending the day somewhere else. Definitely recommend if you need anything done quickly and esp. on an emergency basis- which is usually the case. Will use again.
