Thumbs up to the staff at Optical Warehouse for superior customer service. The Optician was patient, courteous and provided feedback to my queries. Front Desk staff - 'both Michelle' were very friendly and gave honest feedback in regards to the frames I selected. I would definitely not be going anywhere else for my optical needs. Good jobs guys, keep up the great work!!

Very,very helpful staff. They helped me in my state of dire need and distress lol. They tightened my Cartier glasses when I was afraid they would break. Great experience, come here!

Seamless, quick & easy would be the simple way to describe the service here, I was able to do a walk in appointment and received my glasses just two days later, more than satisfied with my visit & will for sure be coming back
