My apartment was serviced today by OnGuard Pest Control. Francois Hodge was the tech that came to my apartment. He was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. He checked my apartment and roof. Francois had patience with me and listened to my concerns.
The technician Esiah was very professional. She called half an hour before her arrival. She then spent around 50 minutes in the apartment and gave useful suggestions.
She was pleasant and considerate.
Would highly recommend her.
Esiah was incredibly helpful in explaining what was going on with the bugs I had noticed. I really appreciated the thorough treatment of my place, and feel confident I will be bug free until the next visit.
