This is by far the best yoga studio in nyc. I've lived here for over 10 years and One Yoga House provides an incredible experience every time. I've been going to this studio for a few years now and the instructors are all amazing and so knowledgable. The studio is beautiful w/ great ambiance. I couldn't be happier - It's made such a difference in my health & stress levels. Highly recommend!

I love this place so much, I don’t even know where to start. All of the instructors clearly have a lot of respect for yoga and make sure to incorporate mindfulness into all of their sessions. It’s more than a “workout” in my opinion - it’s true yoga. The instructors provide safe and accessible classes for everybody, while still offering so many challenges. Their knowledge of safe alignment is so clear and comforting. This has become a second home and safe haven for me in NYC. The instructors are kind, warm, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a studio free of shame and full of love, this is your place.
