We brought an investment property and we were looking for a reliable roofer that can do the job and stand behind their work. My aunt recommended Sam because he did a wonderful job on there house. We hired Sam to do the flat rubber roof and siding for 2 properties. We were very satisfied with the outcome. The price was right and the workers were very nice and friendly. We discovered a roof leak during the Hurricane Ida. We had a few contractors that came to give us a quote. Sam showed up the same day and walked us through the process of how he would perform the job. We signed a contract and he started a week later. Sam and his crew did a spectacular job.
