I wish google would let me leave 0 stars. I got a tattoo and it was totally and noticeable crooked. I asked to have it corrected and they refused telling me that it looks find in their opinion. I am the customer and it matters to me how it looks since it is my tattoo! NEVER GO HERE MUCH BETTER SPOTS NOT TOO FAR AWAYService: Tattoos

I called and asked if they did walk ins for Piercing and he said yes and said that he was going to send me info and never did. Once I got there he literally like locked the door and wasn’t trying to let me in cause he said I needed an appointment but I reminded him he told me other wise and had the nerve to say that I’m not understanding but really he didn’t understand what he was saying lol so I left because he was ignoring me ringing the doorbell.

Went for a jewelry change after calling ahead and when the man working opened the door I swear he rolled his eyes at me. He was incredibly short with me the whole time I was there and literally shouted the words, "I don't have time for this" while arguing with me when I was simply asking him a question about my jewelry. He also shamelessly admitted that he does not believe in COVID and started to get aggressive with me when I was trying to entertain a simple conversation. I also got major sexist vibes! I literally cried after this appointment because I felt so disrespected and demeaned. Abhorrent customer service, and the jewelry change wasn't gentle either.
