My co-op in Manhattan had 2 window AC units, and I wanted to change them to thru-wall PTAC units. This was a big job, requiring large openings to be made to the exterior of the building. Rus at Northern Wolves was reasonably priced and very accommodating. Living in a co-op in NYC comes with lots of rules and regulations, and Rus went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right.
