My newly renovated basement was partially flooded. My anxious call on a Sunday afternnon was rewarded with a speedy visit. Eddie quickly cleared the drain and identified the problem as a blockage caused by flushable and nonflushable wipes. A subsequent return visit using a hydrojet and video camera assured me that the drain was fully cleared of ANY blockage. New York Rooter was professioanl, fair and upfront with their service and price. The serviceman took the time to explain the problem and provided reasonable options. I would use them again.

Had a problem with a storm drain recently - water was draining very slowly causing flooding in the basement. On the recommendation of a neighbor I gave New York Rooter a call and made an appointment for the following day (wasn't an emergency for me). The following day Steve and his assistant showed up promptly! After discussing my situation they began to assess the problem.
