I've had such a positive experience here. The owners and staff are incredibly nice for one. I brought my cocoon wool coat here which has a lot of sentimental for some TLC. It was very linty and had several stains on it. To my surprise I got it back in a condition better than new.

I was always skepitcal about bringing clothes to the dry cleaners because I didnt notice much difference with the clothes but I will 100% return with other pieces of clothing in the future.

I rate 4 because they have good customer service and they will let y'all pay when the coat or sweater, sneakers are done being fixed and clean. Also the cashier told me there new policy about me have to pay 10 from Debit card plus the cost of what hole needs to be sold.
