Called every flower delivery location in area and was told they only take orders 24, 48 or 72 hours in advance. What happened to same day delivery?? New York Barclays Flowers made it happen.

Needed flowers same day. No one - NO ONE - does that in NYC anymore. Other flower delivery locations, no sense of customer care: "Everything has to be done online and (sometimes weeks) in advance... or at least by noon." Then you go there and five people are just standing around on smartphones. Barclays Center Florist is still doing what they have done for more years than most of the people who write reviews online have been alive; talking about "Horrible", "Overpriced" (a few reviews) and that's all it takes for NYC staple mom/pop stores to shut, so online marketplace can take over all the rest. Good job guys and thank you - I'll be coming back to Barclays Center Florist.

I ordered a bouquet from here for my friend's birthday and was very pleased that they were able to deliver the next day. When I called, a man who answered the phone quoted me at $70 with delivery for a simple bouquet. They never gave me a receipt, and then proceeded to charge me $80 instead. When I called back to inquire why, the same man told me, "I thought you told me to add something to your order" but couldn't remember what I'd "asked" him to include. He did not offer to refund me the difference and told me that if I liked the flowers it was fine. I was a little upset that this is how they do business but am glad my friend got her flowers on time.
