I’m so sorry - love supporting African businesses but there has to be a level of standard. Why is everything so dirty? Take pride in your business and clean up more than just the hair. The sharing of supplies, random women touching your hair not washing their hands after touching food, filthy work stations, lack of cleanliness, coughing straight onto my scalp, clearly speaking about the customers, minimum customer service and still expecting a tip - listen to anyone who feels pressured - tips are not mandatory. The worst experience of my life the girl that did my hair was not experienced at all. It took her 45 minutes just to do 1 Braid straight back all I ask for a simple 4 braids and took her over two hours. I ended up telling her to take them out I did not even pay for the service. The line was crooked. The Braids were horrible. She did not know what she was doing. Do not go here, so unprofessional, horrible workServices: Braids

Worst experience ever! My head is pounding and I will probably take these twist out. The owner nene did my hair and she is very rough. Not only that I asked for medium twist and she gave me a “ medium large” I mentioned to her that this is not medium and she said it is. She also did not Mention that my curly hair was running out and started doing her own thing adding stray hairs.I pointed out the significant difference and she said nothing. My head is literally pounding and feels soo tight . Overpriced for the hair and service . If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please avoid. Will never return.
