The installation team of Ben, Brian, Eddie, and Zach was professional, polite, and cleaned as they worked, leaving the customer with two great Mitsubishi mini-split systems that "just blend away" in the home. The systems have been working excellently, even on the coldest days, serving as both the primary heating and cooling. Another reviewer was equally impressed with the MR. AIR NYC team of Ben, Eddy, Zachary, and Bryan. They organized the work with consideration for the customers, starting at one end of the apartment and working their way through, cleaning up daily and using an air purifier to minimize dust. The office administrator, Mei Ling, and the owner, Henry, were patient with the customers' questions and last-minute changes. The only minor feedback was a request for clearer instructions on programming the temperature controls, which MR. AIR NYC promptly addressed. A third customer also had a positive experience with the courteous and professional installation team of Victor, Zack, and Max, who completed a mini-split and range hood installation quickly and with great cleanup.
