“Everyone at this place was friendly and helpful. I told every person I encountered that I was frightened regarding the stress test I was having. They all reassured me in the kindest way that it was nothing to be afraid of. The technician who inserted the IV was awesome -- it was very quick and I hardly felt anything. Plus, he joked around with us. My nephew was holding my hand, and the man said, "So long as you don't hit him," or something to that effect. The nurse was lovely, and both she and the technician explained everything as it was going on. It was a positive experience and helped me to have faith and confidence in medical personnel. It means everything to an anxious patient when the staff are kind. I hope that these people keep up their good work.
