I can't stress enough how amazing this shop is. I got my very first tattoo in their College Point location over 10 years ago and have followed them to each location they've moved to (Bayside and now Greenpoint). I have recommended family and friends to Tommy and they have been nothing but overly impressed by his patience and artistic abilities. He never disappoints. I recently gave the original piece Tommy did for me over 10 years ago a little makeover and he exceeded my expectations. I wanted to take out the original color and make it just black/grey as well as add some detail to the butterfly wings without using harsh lines. I had my first tattoo done today by Johann. He is amazing. He made me feel so comfortable. I showed him what I wanted, he had to tweak it slightly. He offered his artistic suggestions which i totally went with. I would totally recommend this place.

Tommy and Johann are two awesome great artist with two distinct unique styles . My wife and I have been going to Mean Street for years . I wish you guy's the best of luck at your new BKNY location . I highly recommend Mean Street Tattoo's . Thanks guys . See you again soon !
