Don't like putting low stars but I will not be returning. The woman wouldn't let me book 1 hour she said I could only do 30 min then come back for 1 hour. She talked on the phone half of my massage and when I asked her not to do something she kept doing it. I woke up the next day in pain. From the reviews it looks like this isn't everyone's experience but I Will not be returning.

Was very happy with my experience here and will be back. Like the other reviewers noted, it's a no frills spot and the prices are right. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff was exceptionally nice.

Honestly, I was a little suspicious going into this place. It's definitely not a walk-in massage place. I decided last minute to check out this place in greenpoint instead of the near by place on Manhattan due to their rude customer service. And wow, IM SO HAPPY I decided to check out Zen&Relax Spa!!! I called 30minutes in advance for a 30minute massage. This place isn't over populated with workers. It was very quiet with dimmed lighting. Candy worked my knots SO WELL. Literally she focused on my knots and it was exactly what I needed. I was sad she only had time for a 30minute massage that day.
