I have 25-year-old windows and needed to replace some hard-to-find parts and damaged screens. Michael was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He not only fixed and replaced the screens but also took the time to help me track down the right replacement parts for the window operators and locks. His knowledge and dedication really stood out. Very happy with my experience with LWP. They installed Hunter Douglas Duette Honeycomb shades on my big bay windows. They look sleek, clean, and don't interfere with my view. Easy and efficient experience with Rich and his team from start to finish. This is after EXTREMELY disappointing and frustrating experience with The Shade Store that literally took months and a lot of $$ to resolve. Never again! Will definitely go back to LWP for future needs.
