I absolutely love this place. Jen is knowledgeable, caring, empathetic and helpful, always offering thoughtful, honest, and informed suggestions on treatment options and never trying to upsell anything. She's a genuine skincare guru and her grasp of the ever-changing world of beauty technology is amazing and continually evolving. Her prices are extraordinarily reasonable for New York, especially given the care and attention you get. (Plus, she's super-fun to talk to ;-)) Highly, highly recommend!

Writing reviews is so awkward but I feel like I owe it to Jen & Lumena after coming to her for nearly 7 years!!(Never once was I asked for a review, btw). Lasers are dangerous and if you want to get into laser facials you need to do it with someone who knows what they're doing. She has loyal clients for a reason. I'm so grateful to Jen for always being so generous, kind, and caring with my skin and also just being a really cool person. I feel so lucky to have found her. Book w her!!!

Lumena Aesthetics is a true gem. Whitney at the front desk is so sweet and welcoming. Jen was able to squeeze me in last min and gave full attention to the areas of concern during my Clear & Brilliant laser treatment. She is so knowledgeable and explained what she was doing every step of the way. I felt so comfortable and felt zero pain. I could ramble on and on but I’ll end it here. Highly recommend.
