Terrible service. My son went in for a manicure. When they were done, he realized they painted a pink polish on his nails and not the clear polish he requested. He asked her to please paint the right color on his nails and the nail tech told him no. I’m order to do that, she will charge him $5 to take it off and an additional $ 20 to put on the right one. He refused and so she said if he didn’t pay, she will call the cops. I ran to the store to speak to the lady who threatened to call the cops, she refused and said she gave him what he asked for and that’s that. I asked to speak to a manger( who btw was there and heard everything but did nothing at the moment )...read full review

I'm only giving this a 1 star because it was open. I have lived in this neighborhood for over 30 years. And frequent many of of the businesses. More specifically the Brooklyn famous Chinese restaurant KUM KAU. SO.... I picked up my food from Kum kau. And realized that their dining area was closed. Probably due to covid. And we all understand that. However. I had to use the bathroom sooo bad. Like emergency on top of emergency. I'm like darn. I won't make it home. 3 kids later. And those of us who understand. UNDERSTAND. So I looked for the closest thing smoking. THIS DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT. i walked in very pleasant. "Good afternoon. May I please use ur restroom." NO ! Without even looking at me. No explanation. Customers only. Nothing. I repeated his response NO? He looked at me this time and said NO!! And went back to his conversation. I walked out with ease while responding "well that was nice". I saw a Japanese restaurant across the street who let me use it. And I was greatful. But for this rude place. Don't spend ur Money here

Which part of this is worth $51??? it is very messy I asked the lady to fix it about five times and each time it just got worse. I always came here cause they did an okay job but NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR AGAINNNNNN. And to top it off She got frustrated at me when I was telling her that it is very messy and this is not what I wanted!!! if you can’t do something you should say you can’t do it or not attempt to do it and then make people look like clowns walking out of your store. I’m attaching what I wanted. I WISH I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO STAR.
