I only shopped for flooring here but didn't go through with placing an order, so I can only comment on my experience in stores and nothing else. I really wish I remembered the name of the worker who helped me but he was a tall, dark, 40ish year old man if that narrows it down. He was so knowledgeable about the different types of wood flooring and was so eager to help. He probably spent about an hour with us. I really wanted to place an order because of him but the smart thing for me to do was to keep shopping around before going all in. I was able to find even lighter wood flooring at the shop next door, so I ended up going with them instead.

They possess an impressive level of knowledge and enthusiasm, providing me with all the essential information I needed. I just had floors putting my home and cannot say enough about LLFlooring. From the first visit to the store to the final board being put down the service was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating as to the customer's requests. I was pleased with the selection and price of the product, the installation was flawless and timely. Thanks to Dylan, Lewis and Matt for a great job start to finish! So very glad I chose them for my project!!!
