My husband was advised to try this place for TSA Precheck after unsuccessfully trying to get his fingerprints to scan two times elsewhere. It worked there I think I part because they were so pleasant, knowledgeable, calm and efficient. While I waited, I witnessed such excellent customer service and care for everyone that came in by everyone working there. (Special thank you to Debbie!) Highly recommended and I am going to find out what other services they offer and come back for those!

Anyone who knows Fulton is a neighborhood in Brooklyn that has gentrification but is still a rough area. I am here to advocate to please do not steer away or judge by location, this business was so professional, providing exceptional service and answering any questions I had without feeling like it was a nuisance.I went for my TSA precheck, arrived earlier than scheduled, was welcomed inside, and was out within 15-20 mins at most. Will definitely continue to give them business

Had the total pleasure of conducting my TSA pre-check appointment here! The ladies took care of us swiftly, professionally, but also with care - another individual in at the same time had a package he sent via their services that did not arrive on the delivery date. They were on the phone helping him to submit a claim with UPS. Not sure if they always offer this service (or should be expected to) but it does demonstrate to me the level of care that I’ve experienced put into everyone they work with. Highly recommend their services!
