I recently went in for a deep tissue massage and acupuncture session because I’ve been dealing with some pretty bad shoulder pain, and it honestly helped a lot. The massage therapist really focused on my shoulder and upper back, and you could tell they knew what they were doing. It was a little intense at times, especially on the tighter spots, but it felt like the kind of pain that actually helps instead of making things worse. By the end of the massage alone, my shoulder already felt looser.

I had a very therapeutic massage by Lisa. She knew where to put certain pressure to loosen the discomfort of knots. Ty very much Lisa and Life wellness. I would definitely recommend this place and I plan to reschedule another appointment in the coming weeks. ??

After going there for 2 weeks in a row I can confidently say that I trust them and that they provide quality services. Just like I was referred by a coworker I will be referring my friends to them for quality services.
