Ms. Lakicia was very helpful and professional.
I was so content and satisfied with the services I received at the Lens Crafter in downtown Brooklyn, located inside Macy's. As I walk in, Ms. Lakicia will be ready with the latest eyeglasses to show me. Not only that, but she knows just what I like and what would look good on me. I always walk out very satisfied. There's nothing like walking in and having the perfect eyeglasses ready for you. It is like having your personal eye stylist. Satisfied customer. Vianka.
Lakicia, was very respectfully and extremely helpful after I unfortunately broke my Burberry frames due to a basketball mishap. I recommend everyone go to her for assistance for their LensCrafters needs. She was really personable as well.
Dr. Vu was so nice, knowledgable and professional. She really took her time doing all the tests and addressing my needs. I haven't been to eye doctors for years and was skeptical about exams. My experience here was comfortable and easy. The front desk was very friendly as well. Highly recommended!
