Dr. Esses is a horrible doctor!!! I have been going there for many years, the staff is the same and they are amazing! He on the the other hand I feel us prejudice and rude! I have taken my business elsewhere.

Dr. Leo Esses is a horrible doctor! I have been going to this location for many many years. I have never had such a rude doctor in all the years I have been going there! I feel he is prejudice and should go where he would feel more comfortable. His bedside manner as a physician is disgusting! I have since taken my business elsewhere! The staff is and have always been amazing! Unfortunately he is the doctor.

Went here today with my daughters and the customer service was terrible. No eye contact, no communication, didn't get greeted when I walked in and walked out. (PLEASE IMPROVE ON THIS SKILL)First thing he asked for was my insurance card and didnt go in depth about vision acuity and didn't explain the vision examination afterward. Also I didn't fill out any paperwork. All I heard was "insurance doesnt cover so and so and pay out of pocket." Then I called insurance in front of him to confirm, then miraculously 2 minutes he changed his tone into "Insurance does cover" the type of lenses needed.
