The customer service was impeccable. The young woman at reception was patient land explained everything to me. Anika, the lash expert, is also a gem. She worked with me to achieve the look I wanted and executed it with perfection. Kudos!

This place is wonderful. Soothing atmosphere. I got the lash extension removal service after booking an appt to do so online. Lash Me helped me out after I had gotten a terrible set of cluster hybrid lashes put in at a lesser business. Would recommend Lash Me in Carroll Gardens 10/10. Really gracious and expert.Another thoughtful thing was that they took the time to explain why the lashes the other, unrelated business had given me were irritating and didn’t quite look natural. I really felt like Lash Me and their technician rescued me. Very patient, gentle and skilled hands.

I love my lashes! I have no lashes and they’re pretty straight so I wanted to treat myself with lash extensions. I wanted something natural and they were so awesome and patient with me during the consultation - I am so so so happy with how they turned out! I get so many compliments on them from my family who know my face ;) I’ve been taking good care of them (limited water, no makeup, no soap, no rubbing) and although many have fallen out over the weeks they are still looking pretty d*mn good after 3+ weeks! They also have a first time customer discount of 30% off which is unbelievable. I think I might add this to my monthly treat yourself budget because these lashes...read full review
