A beautiful space for community and movement. Prenatal and postnatal class with Martine has been a life saver and wonderful form of connection with other new parents. She’s so intentional about curating class and a space where all feel welcome and seen. I recommend to anyone, but especially those who are pregnant or have given birth.
I've been practicing yoga for a while now and this has to be one of the best places I've ever been. Teachers are knowledgeable, kind, and community driven. My practice has grown significantly in areas I thought I was stuck. Augustine Kim leads a greet Mysore practice and Nikki Vilella and Ahmed are wonderful vinyasa teachers. So happy to find this home.
I absolutely love Kula. I go out of my way to come to this studio, because the teachers are so great and the instruction is excellent. I'm so grateful that they have remained open this year.
