I literally used to love this place until I had a bad experience. I got my tip nails done Tuesday and on Friday they all fell off I went back to see if they could fix them but they refuse since when I had a repay again. I was so upset and so annoyed it hasn’t been a week and they fell off but I spoke to the manager Lisa she raised her voice at me telling me that I couldn’t get them fixed and I had to pay another $40 to get them fixed when it’s only been three days and they fell off. If you do decide to go there ask for Winnie to do your nails for tips.

One word (or name, rather): JUDY. Judy is my holy grail. You know my loyalty runs deep when I tell you one of the top 3 things most stressful to me about my recent move was having to find a new nail tech (or maybe that means my priorities are all messed up, take your pick). I have no idea why it took me so long to write the only Yelp review I've ever written that matters but, it's TIME. Kool Blue is MY nail spot. Kool Blue overall has good nail techs: thorough, efficient, affordable, hygienic. But Judy is my 1 and only nail lady.
