I had a fantastic experience at Khrom MedSpa & Wellness! Elena was wonderful, and Susie, who assisted her, added such warmth and kindness to the visit. You can really tell how much care they put into making sure everything feels comfortable and natural. I appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with treatments — just thoughtful, precise work. I received Dysport, Xeomin for my chin, Xeomin for my masseters and temporalis, and Restylane Contour. Everything was handled beautifully, and I’m already so happy with the results. My mother-in-law recently had a Pico laser treatment and VI Peel at Khrom Med Spa on Court Street to help with melasma and sun damage due to spending time in the Trinidad sun along with large pores.
She was nervous and had a lot of questions going in. Elena is very knowledgeable and skilled. Her style is more direct, and while my mother-in-law could have used a little more reassurance during the consultation, we felt confident in her expertise once the treatment began. With Rimma, trusting the process truly matters.
